Nu Sass aims to encourage women in all aspects theater, especially in those roles traditionally dominated by men. We seek to offer women opportunities to expand the roles they take on in the theater and try new things. We utilize gender blind casting, and affirmative action hiring to ensure women are being advanced in our productions.
